Judith Echegaray was born in beautiful Mazatlan, Mexico. At age 17, she and her entire family moved to the state of Washington where she has resided ever since. In 2007 she received her high school diploma. Years later, Judith received her degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in oil painting. Judith is a plastic artist, photographer and entrepreneur. She loves visual arts, history and reading.

Lizette Arroyo-Dillard was born in Pendleton, Oregon to Mexican parents. Her family moved back to Guadalajara, Jalisco then returned to the U.S when she was eight years old. Lizette graduated from Portland State University with a B.A. in Communication Studies and a Minor in Sociology. She met met her husband, Allen Dillard at PSU, where he played American football. Today Lizette works as Sales and Marketing Manager for the Davis Restaurant Group in Seattle, WA and is the Founder of "Siempre Lizette".
"Siempre Lizette" is a media platform where she hopes to inspire the Latino community to express their ideas regarding important issues and also to provide a source of entertainment.
